Return & Refund Policy

At Kayvona, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

• Items that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

• Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene, safety, personalization, or other applicable reasons.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at kayaloproducts@gmail.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If Kayvona sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the issue resulted from an error on our part.
